Payment, Shipping and Store Policies

Payments

Purchases may be paid for by Credit Card, Google Checkout, PayPal or by check or money order. PayPal purchases must be paid for immediately, and will only be shipped to a PayPal confirmed address.

If paying by check or money order, please make payable to Katie's Charms and send payment to:

Please note that items will not be shipped until check or money order has been received. If check or money order is not received within thirty (30) business days after the date of sale, sale will be cancelled. Please note that items for check or money order payments will not be pulled from stock until payment is received.

Sales tax (currently 7%) will be added to any purchases being shipped to New Jersey.

 

Shipping

All package are shipped from New Jersey.

Katie's Charms currently ships to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia and parts of Europe. We do NOT ship to Africa, Asia or South America.

Shipping to anywhere in the United States is free for First Class Mail!

Priority Mail is $6.00 for US addresses, any quantity of items.

Express Mail is $19.00.

Please note that sales under $100 are not insured. Anything over $100 will be insured by Katie's Charms.

International shipping is $2.50 for First Class International. There is no tracking information for International orders; order at your own risk.

We ship six days a week, Monday through Saturday. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours after payment is received. If for some reason your shipment will be delayed, you will be contacted via email with an estimated date of shipment.

Shipments via First Class for domestic mail usually take between 1 and 5 days to arrive.

Priority Mail takes about 2 to 3 days, and Express Mail takes 1 day.

All packages are tracked and tracking information will be sent to you via email after your items have been shipped.

In the event your package has been lost or damaged, please contact your local Post Office with the tracking information you received when your package was shipped.


Katie's Charms FOREVER Guarantee / Refunds and Exchanges

Katie's Charms strives to provide outstanding service and to offer you only top quality beads and charms. We will glady accept returns for a complete refund within 90 days from the date of purchase. After 90 days, returns will be issued a store credit that can be used to purchase new items.

Please note that all refund or exchanges must include proof of purchase, such as an order number or transaction information.

 

 

Privacy Policy

We do not sell or trade any customer information to other businesses or individuals. You have the option of signing up for a newsletter sent out by Katie's Charms, but it is an opt-in list and your email address will not be added without your consent. IP addresses are recorded by the shopping cart system and will be used to trace fraudulent purchases.

Juristiction and Venue

By using this website, you agree that any and all legal actions brought against  katiescharms.com, Katie's Charms and/or it's owners shall be governed by the laws of the state of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law rules or principles. You  also agree to settle all disagreements or disputes arising from orders placed through katiescharms.com, Katie's Charms and/or it's owners through the appropriate federal or state court exclusively in the county of Sussex, New Jersey, depending on the court requirements.   All rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts are waived.  Use of this site constitutes your agreement to our online store policies and terms of sale. If you do not agree to our terms and policies, do not use this site.

Prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors and omissions. Store policies and terms are subject to change without notice. Many jewelry images are enlarged to show detail- refer to sizes provided. We have done our best at scanning images to insure correct colors on our equipment, however, colors will vary. Computer monitors and settings may alter the actual colors.  Use of this site constitutes your agreement to our online store policies and terms of sale.
