ShippingKatie's Charms currently ships to the United States, Canada, Mexico and Europe. Shipping to anywhere in the United States is free for First Class Mail. Priority Mail is $6.00 and Express Mail is $18.00. Please note that sales under $25 are not insured. Anything over $25 will be insured by Katie's Charms. International shipping is $1.50 for First Class International. We ship six days a week, Monday through Saturday. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours after payment is received. If for some reason your shipment will be delayed, you will be contacted via email with an estimated date of shipment. Shipments via First Class for domestic mail usually take between 1 and 5 days to arrive. Priority Mail takes about 2 to 3 days, and Express Mail takes 1 day. All packages are tracked and tracking information will be sent to you via email after your items have been shipped. In the event your package has been lost or damaged, please contact your local Post Office with the tracking information you received when your package was shipped. Katie's Charms Guarantee / Refunds and ExchangesKatie's Charms strives to provide outstanding service and to offer you only top quality beads and charms. Our number one priority is to make sure you have a 100% positive experience. If we have made a mistake, we will take care of the problem. We will also reimburse you for any return via insured REGULAR US Mail that you incur because of a mistake or error on our part. (If you select a faster method, you are responsible for the difference.) You must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date if there is a problem. You can return your item(s) for a refund or can exchange them for another item. Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns after 30 days from date of purchase. Also, if items are not returned in good condition, Katie's Charms reserves the right not to issue a refund, depending on the nature of the return. Loss of stones, broken prongs or any other damage caused by accident or abuse is not covered.
