You must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date if there is a problem. You can return your item(s) for a refund or can exchange them for another item. Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns after 30 days from date of purchase. Also, if items are not returned in good condition, Katie's Charms reserves the right not to issue a refund, depending on the nature of the return.
Loss of stones, broken prongs or any other damage caused by accident or abuse is not covered.
Shipping
Shipping to anywhere in the United States is free for First Class Mail. Priority Mail is $6.00 and Express Mail is $18.00. Please note that sales under $100 are not insured. Anything over $100 will be insured by Katie's Charms.
International shipping is $1.50 for First Class International.
We ship six days a week, Monday through Saturday. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours after payment is received. If for some reason your shipment will be delayed, you will be contacted via email with an estimated date of shipment. Shipments via First Class for domestic mail usually take between 1 and 5 days to arrive. Priority Mail takes about 2 to 3 days, and Express Mail takes 1 day. All packages are tracked and tracking information will be sent to you via email after your items have been shipped.
In the event your package has been lost or damaged, please contact your local Post Office with the tracking information you received when your package was shipped.
